So when you think of holograms may people think about Star Wars a New Hope. We may not live in a galaxy far far away but Vizoo has brought hologram technology to the here and now. It is a company out of Demark which works on advanced display solutions which has several products to turn a 3D animation or a specialized video sequence into something that can’t be missed by those that see it.
Cheoptics360 provides a fully 360 degree holographic experience that can be enjoyed from any angle under all ambient light conditions except under direct sun light. It is primarily used in a retail environment, exhibitions and is based on mirror reflections to create the illusion of depth.
When Nokia launched the N97 in Scandinavia last fall they wanted it to be something you could not ignore when you were at the point of sale. So ViZoo’s Cheoptics360 was used in stores to make heads turn. It was rolled out at 9 locations to help get the buzz going about the phone. While the other phones sat there the N97 rotated opened and closed and was viewable in 3D.
