In 2010 Coke send three young people on a journey across the world to all the countries where Coca Cola is sold. The year just ended and so have their travels. They ended up traveling to 186 countries and covered almost 275,000 miles, a pretty epic journey no matter how you look at it. These happiness ambassadors went to find what made people happy all over the world and what a journey they must have had.
I love the idea and the site they made for it was pretty cool. It was nice to see this type of extension and experimentation of Coca Cola’s campaign go forward for such an extended period of time. A decent experiment, I hope that next time they have more social media integration but I am sure that this effort will pave the way for new and even more exciting things to come.
