The very best of creative and technological innovation basked in the spotlight this afternoon, as the Tomorrow Awards held their inaugural Tomorrow Awards Conference + Ceremony at Usine C in Montreal, Canada, celebrating the Winter 2011 Session winners.

Five winners were selected by a panel of internationally renowned Monster Judges, who had convened a day earlier to choose from a shortlist generated by over 600 Public Judges across the globe.

The Tomorrow Awards 2011 Winter Session winners are:

4th Amendment Wear – 4th Amendment Wear – USA

Mitsubishi “Live Drive” – 180LA – USA

Pay With A Tweet - R/GA – USA

The Wilderness Downtown – Google Creative Lab – USA

YouTube Life In A Day -  rehabstudio/Google Creative Lab – UK/USA

“This session of the Tomorrow Awards has been a phenomenal experience,” said Tomorrow Awards CEO Ignacio Oreamuno. “Not only did our Monster Judges put a tremendous amount of thought into selecting the absolute best work from a shortlist full of gems, we were also overjoyed to present these winners to the world in our first ever conference, right here in beautiful Montreal.”

Presentation of the winning entries was interspersed with featured guest speakers, further illustrating the Tomorrow Awards goal to not only celebrate but educate the advertising industry. Speakers included Cindy Gallop, Founder & CEO, IfWeRanTheWorld, Nick Barham, Global Director of WK Tomorrow, Wieden + Kennedy and Jean Guibert, Brand Director, Cirque du Soleil.

A full-hearted congratulations to our five winners, and a thank you to all who attended the event, including a representative from 180LA who flew from Los Angeles to Montreal to accept the award in person!
