Project Glass: Live Demo
At Google I/O 2012, the Project Glass team took product demoing to a new level. Come with us and see how we spent the weeks leading up to the Google I/O demo ... living in the moment, doing Hangouts in Air, and freefalling with Glass.
As part of the Google I/O developers conference, Google wanted a video to announce their new product, Google Glass. Google was looking to introduce Project Glass with something exciting and uplifting, leaving the audience feeling like development possibilities were endless. Google also wanted to highlight Glass’s unique ability to capture and share POV moments with others. Such a perspective has never been seen before, let alone shared live, via Google Hangout, with thousands of thrilled onlookers. We worked with the Project Glass team to help produce extreme stunts that included skydiving, BMX biking and repelling, with each stuntman wearing a pair of Google Glasses to share every flight, jump, and scale with conference participants. The Ant Farm also filmed rehearsals leading up to the stunt and in the end, cut this high-energy teaser video that concluded the conference keynote.
